Pay on delivery
You can pay when you receive the package with extra charge 3,20€.
Upon completion of your payment, the order is confirmed with a relevant message in the email you have entered. The products are accompanied by the corresponding documents (receipt, invoice, consignment note).
If you want an invoice to be cut, send us an email at info@fafafoo.gr with the invoicing details or call us at the contact phone.
Carefully read the personal data policy before proceeding with your purchases. All transactions are made exclusively in euro.
Cancellation policy
You can only cancel your order 24 hours after check out.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item to another, fafafoo offers you a coupon discount. Then you can place a new order online and return the item you have already purchased by following the returning rules below.
If for some reason you are unhappy and you want to return your products please contact us before you send your package back.

You have 7 working days from the delivery date to return the product for reimbursement. Please, note that the product should be sent back to us in its original package without damages. Once we receive it, you will receive a full refund without the shipping costs.

Delivery policy
Please be aware that your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment.
By checking out you will receive an order confirmation mail.
Then you will receive the shipping information, when your package is ready for ship, with the tracking package number.
Your order will be shipped with SPEEDEX www.speedex.gr or ELTA COURIER www.elta-courier.gr and the time of delivered depends on the destination. Note that SPEEDEX or ELTA COURIER delivery company is responsible for any shipping delays.

-1-2 working days in Attica, Greece
– 2-3 in the rest of Greece
-8-10 working days for EU destinations.
Of course, all these time rules apply when the product is on stock and ready to ship (you will know when you place the product to your shopping bag).

Shipping costs
Greece-Athens:
All orders shipping cost 4,50€ and depend on the package weight.
Rest of Greece:
All orders shipping cost 6,50€ and depend on the package weight.
Cyprus FPC:
All orders shipping cost 14,00€ and depend on the package weight
Shipping costs in EU countries:
All orders shipping cost depend on the country destination and the package weight
Shipping costs outside EU:
All orders shipping cost depend on the country destination and the package weight
Please note that orders delivered to countries outside EC fiscal VAT area will not charged with VAT (GR TAX). Also, you may need to pay local taxes depending on your country when you receive your package, which fafafoo is not responsible for. Countries for ex that applies are Norway and Switzerland.
Delivery companies: Speedex and Elta Courier + DHL
Please be sure that your delivery address is correct before you check out. Otherwise, inform us by email or on phone before your package is ready to ship. Fafafoo is not responsible for any packages delivered on wrong addresses.
If your package has not been delivered on time (became impossible after delivery s company statements) and your package returns to our office, you will be charged again for the new shipping delivery cost.
