Delivery time + Shipping costs
Please be aware that your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment.
After checkout you will receive an order confirmation mail.
Then you will receive the shipping information, when your package is ready for shipping, with the tracking package number.
Your order will be shipped with SPEEDEX LTD OR ELTA COURIER LTD and the time of delivered depends on the destination. Note that Fafafoo.gr is not responsible for any shipping delays but SPEEDEX or ELTA COURIER delivery company is.
Delivery times:
- 1-2 working days in Athens Greece
- 2-3 in the rest of Greece
- 3-5 working days for EU destinations.
Of course, all these time rules apply when the product is on stock and ready to ship (you will know when you place the product to your shopping bag).

Shipping costs
Greece-Athens:
All orders shipping cost ranges from 4,50€ and depends on the package weight.
Rest of Greece:
All orders shipping cost ranges from 6,50€ and depends on the package weight.
Shipping costs in Europe:
Shipping costs depend on the shipping country and your total package weight.
International Fees:
Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information. Please, have in mind that they are the buyer’s responsibility and we recommend that you check this out before placing your order, so there are no surprises.
Delivery companies:
Speedex and Elta Courier Ltd + DHL
Please be sure that your delivery address is correct before you check out. Otherwise, inform us by email or on phone before your package is ready to ship. Fafafoo is not responsible for any packages delivered to wrong addresses.
If your package has not been delivered on time (became impossible after delivery company statements) and your package return to our office, you will be charged again for the new shipping delivery cost.
Cancellation before shipping:
You can only cancel your order 24 hours after check out.

Returns and Exchanges:
Fafafoo.gr will not exchange or refund a product purchased due to change of mind.
If your product is damaged or if you are unhappy with the quality of our products please contact us so we can assess your request and provide you further information.
Fafafoo.gr does not refund purchases but offers exchange coupons that are valid in our store for up to 1 year from the date of return.
If your product is faulty or defected upon arrival, you will have 7 days to make a returns request. If your product is not returned within 7 days then we take no responsibility for replacing or refunding the product item.
All products must be returned in its original packaging.
